Default Return / Returnless Swap Question

I have a 2001 4.8L truck motor with an LS1 intake manifold. My truck is currently a return style w/ 2 lines connecting to the fuel rail. I just bought an RCI 20 gallon fuel cell and MSD external fuel pump. I have a returnless style LS1 rail and injectors, Will i still need to run the return line and return style fuel rail or will a stock returnless style LS1 rail work? If the returnless style rail works do i just need to get the fuel pressure regulator to make it all work?

read my post and i pictured how i did mine the filter is between $40 and $70 dollars I got mine for $25 cause my friend is a tsm for napa.
