Default Results with deleting TM on N/A trucks?

What kind of experience has everyone had when deleting TM on a N/A truck? I've heard some guys say they blew their tranny right after deleting TM, but it always seemed to be FI guys. Anyone have any positive/negative experiences with this?

I removed a lot of my TM. I do have a little better trans and have added transgo and servo to it. I drive it hard, but not abusive. My trans feels just fine. My old Z71 was the same way. Basically 80K of nitrous and whipple use on that one. I try not to just rag it out all the time and they last for me.

Watch mine go down tomorrow after saying that.

i think a lot of guys are removing 75 to 80% tqm and not having many problems at all. like bigtex said. if you rag anything it will break. a shift kit and sevo's is a must imo if 100% tqm removal is the goal. good luck.

I've got a transgo shift kit, vette servo, and metal accumulator piston with no TM. I was told that I didn't need any with those mods and it seems to be holding up fine, haven't had it for very long but it shifts great.
