Default Replacing factory tranny and oil coolers? How?

My truck has both the tranny and oil coolers from the factory. I wanted to replace them both with heavier duty units. More than likley I will replace the lines as well. What lines and connectors do I need? NPT, AN, Barb, and what size?

And does anybody have any recomendations for a dual circuit unit? (all in one)
