Default Replace valve seals during cam swap?

How many of you guys replaced the seals when you did the cam swap? Is it worth the extra time and few dollars?

I didn't do it the first time. The second time, the kit came with them, so I did. I don't think it's necessary with that low of mileage.

Do the valve seals come with some sort of oil on them new?
