Default relocate battery

Since we have a traction problem, having trucks and all, would it be very beneficial to us if we would transfer about 45lbs. of battery off the heavy front end to the back? Is there anyone who has done this? I would like to know because I don't want to spend my time doing it and it not help any. I am looking for maybe a tenth of a second? Maybe? It would also dress up the underhood by getting rid of clutter. Maybe mount one distribution block where the battery was to grab power if you need to.

Is there anything else that could swip swap weight from front to rear?
