Red or Blue Locktite for Rocker Arms

LS1howto calls out for red/medium, but the only red I found was "permanent". What should I put on the rocker arm and cam gear bolts, blue or red?

I use red on the cam gear bolts, and none on the rocker bolts. I haven't had any loosen up yet.
