My headlights dim when I hit the electric windows. My underdrive pulleys are coming in soon too, and I dont think this will help with charging either...Instead of overdriving my alternator I want to just rebuild the CS-130D to like 140-170 amps. I just cant find a place that sells just a rebuild kit for this though. Does anyone know where to find a rebuild kit for our alternator?

 

I talked to a guy at one of the local alternator stores here and he said that he wouldn't touch mine. He has had problems with them overheating cause the case is just too small to disipate all the heat. You may want to just look into getting an aftermarket alternator.
