Default RCSB walboro inline pump mounting....

theres no room on the inside of my framerail by the fuel filter.... just wondering where/how you guys are mounting them. if you have pics, post them up. ive looked at the thread whippled 496 posted, but there nowhere near that much space on my frame...

I don't remember how exactly I did mine, but I do remember it was a tight fit with all of the brake lines and crap in the way. Mine is a 2000 as well, so that means it will fit with enough shoving. Mine only lasted a few months though. It would be best to do an in-tank now if possible.

I'm thinkin I am just gonna make a bracket that will mount over the channel of the framerail so I don't have to fight with all that. Thanks. Anyone else?

Mount the pump as high as possible next to the frame rail. Then take the lines and connect them. It fits perfect in there man. when your under the truck by the fuel filter....it straight up from there. Attach it to the body of the truck. Its a tight fit...believe me i know what your talking about under a RCSB.

i had looked there too, just didnt really want to put holes in the cab if i didnt have to. i may have to if i cant make a bracket across the channel of the frame the way i want to. thanks for the fast shipping btw

No problem man. But just use some small seft tapping screws. Like 1/2 long and you will be good to go. Put a new fuel filter on your truck too well your down there

i mounted mine on the inside of my frame rail with a soft line running behind the abs pump and fuel filter. i dont have any pictures though.....
