Out of no where my check engine flashes with i feel little sputter feeling from the truck, then i stop for sec turn the key off and restart the car. and now check engine light stays on. so i took it to local shop to see what code it was throwing, but all i can find was it was random missfire. i'm gonna change plugs and see it that will help. hope it's not my coils.
any idea y it doing what its doing?

i change spark plugs and no more check engine and it doesn't sputter or missfire no more, and i also scan it with snap-on tool it came out random misfire. Now it doens't feel misfire at all. when i check the plugs it looked like it's running very lean, i wonder what is causing it to run lean.

what is your wideband saying? Did you check for cracks in your plug wires?

 

No CRACK on plugs just very lean. i will check a/f.

 

Post up a pic of your old plugs. They usually come out almost white, making you think you're running lean. Good chance that they look normal.
