Wow I was at Wal-mart tonight with one of my buddys( who is a big time ricer and loves it. I think he needs to be shown some real power) and there was a old F-100 that drove by. It was loping so hard!!! ahh now i really want a cam... hahah yes im an idiot and want it for the lope.... but how much hp gain is there to be had with a mild cam? i dont want one that i have to replace all my internals.

 

well if you get a cam that is worth anything, you'll have to replace your pushrods, rockers, and valve springs.

I'm no cam expert though, and i don't know what you'd classify "mild"
