I run different injectors (Delphi 009) but they are 42lbers also at 43.5 rail psi. They flow more with the 58+ rail psi we use. I didn't run out of fuel on 10psi -just fuel pressure
You 6.0L guys may flow a bit more cfm than my 5.3L though.

Sums that up in a nut shell.....Had some CC 918's on the valves to help them on the top end.
