Default Radix Heat Exchanger Question

I got the new aluminum heat exchanger from Magnacharger the other day. I wanted to know if there would be any disadvantage of running the standard heat exchanger along with the upgraded aluminum heat exchanger.

It may be a stupid question and may result in poor flow, but I wonder if that would help with cooling.

Any help appreciated.

I would like to know how much of a difference the aluminum one makes from the Setrab one that I have.
