When I was replacing the seal with an actual gasket I noticed something strange today. I thought it might be why I am getting such a hard lope.
Notice in the pic that the IAC hole is not lined up with the bevel in the RADIX intake. In fact, there is no way that the IAC hole can vent into the RADIX intake the way it is.

I dremeled a passage to connect the 2 sides above the TB bore.

I'm thinking the new 90mm Corvette throttlebody might be a good bolton for a ported Radix intake tube.I'd love to get a good picture of one because they look like a larger version of the 03,04 truck throttlebody.

Take a look at it. The PCV system works off of vacuum pressure. One valve cover is connected to the top of the intake manifold (under vacuum at low throttle). The other valve cover is connected in front of the throttle body (this side is has no vacuum pressure). The vacuum pressure from the manifold draws air through the block from the opposite valve cover which pulls from the fresh air source in front of the throttle body. That PCV tube you are talking about that is 3" forward is pulling air from that hole in the TB. The air path is completely sealed off from the TB and intake plenum.
The rectangular hole in the upper left here feeds that PCV tube.

Great Pics Tex!
And since the PCV tube is moved, you do not need the hole in the manifold. That is why that gasket "blocks" it off.
The PCV hole should be connected to the intake tube for the Radix. (on the bottom)
