Magnacharger does have a pinning kit and I suggest that everyone with a Radix use it,I was probably one of the first to lose a crank pulley and Magnacharger sent me the kit that was a standard feature on their C5 kit at no charge. But I think the 8 rib belt setup is unnessesary.

How come none of you guys run cogged set ups??? It would be costly, but so are your blowers.
You'd never have to worry about belt slippage, and they wouldn't rob too much power either, because you don't have to run much tension. There are several companies that machine cogged pullies however you want them.
I saw the perfect setup at the track last year, but its not feasable for our trucks.

The ATI F-body guys tried cogged setups a while back. It did not work out well for them at all. They have switched to a spring tensioned ribbed setup. Something about harmonics on the belt and stripped teeth. With the belt wrap the radix guys see I don't think a cogged setup would be necessary.
BTW - I flew down to tuscon last night on about a 3 hour notice. That place is pretty large, I never knew it was that big. The coolest thing was being on final approach to Tuscon international and seeing about 60 F-16's to the left.

I saw a setup at the track last year, and the owner of the car claimed he was the ONLY one with it. He said procharger made it especially for him. It was gear driven, and it was the biggest damned procharger I'd ever seen. The housing was over 14" in diameter.
He had it mounted backwards, but it was driven by a gear on the crank, so it spun the correct direction. No, belt slip, and not much drag (so he said). But like I said this isn't feasable on our trucks, but it sure as hell is a good idea when you're making 4-digit hp numbers.
Hey Fandago, we're pushing about 1 million peeps in the Tucson metro area. Those F-16's are for the air national guard. All the rich old farts in the foothills bitch about the noise, but they don't even fly that pattern. The A-10's do though, and thier one of the quietest planes in the air force.
Let me know when you come into town next time, I'll make your approach sooo much more fun.
