radix on an 01 denali....will tranny hold ??

Ya got me. I think the AWD trucks have the 65E...but don't hold me to that. I think all GM's truck should come with that stock now.

Depends on your truck.....do you have the vin?
Might be a 4L60 E. Either way just remember that your trans life depends on how your drive and maintenance. I have seen stock transmissions with a shift kit and servos go 50-60k!

I believe GM started putting the 4L65E behind the 6.0L HO motors in late 2002. I don't have "great" info on this, though.

If you can find the powertrain codes or tags on the tranny, you are looking for a M32 to designate the 4L65E. M30 designates the 4L60E.
