Default Radiator

I guess I have the small 27" radiator for my Z. I pulled it out today to do the e-fan install and well I bent the side tube a little bit (the metal to plastic part) now it leaks there so do you think it can be fixed if so how much. Also if not what am I looking at to replace it with a "BIG" (34?) radiator and where can I get one. Also last but not least the fans seem to pull alot of juice from the battery so if I get the 145?amp alternator will that help?

My 34" radiator was 280 out the door at Performance Radiator in Phoenix, but I got a del, should have been 315 or so after tax. I have a 200 amp alt that normally charges at 14.3 volts, when the fans kick on high it drops to 12.8 or 13 till they get up to speed.

If you are looking for an inexpensive solution I have the 27" rad that I just took out of my 03 this past weekend. It has 20k miles on it. How about $35 shipped? I just want to cover what it it will cost me to ship it.

If you can PayPal today I can ship tomorrow.
