Listen to some sound clips for the sound you want. I personally do not like the sound of magnaflows, I would look at hooker aerochamber, bassani, borla mufflers. Borla are way over priced IMO. As I stated before check out the truck exhuast sound clips.

look into hooker aerochamber... Im running one without cats with stock manifolds its not loud at all..... rumbles but its not crazy, has rasp around 2100 -2300 rpms

my buddy has the same with pacesetter LT and ORY and 3" back to muffler, from there 3" over axle dump and that thing sounds healthy and not much rasp at all.....

thats my next setup FYI

not loud leaving the bars but running out the RPM's sounds great!

Funny you say that cause I was actually worried about that the other night. Don't always want a lot of attention drawn to you at certain times.

Do you think that it would sound better with a SIDO compared to a SISO? I'm thinking of going with a Aerochamber.

SIDO will be deeper and less defined. SISO will be not as deep but more defined.... The greater the diameter or combined area (Duals) will make it deeper... Just my .02.....

So I would probably be better off with a SISO, if by more defined you basically mean sound better. I'll see if I can get a sound clip up of my Flows.

By defined I mean, if you have a lumpy/choppy cam then you will notice it chop more... Granted that is a general observation, compression, and other things come into play, but in general those are the effects....

A better way to descibe it is comparing a trumpet to a tuba.....
