Default quick, tell me what's going on. (pics)

Alright so the following pictures are of my heads that i just removed. they had 90k on them. I know a white hue on spark plugs shows a lean condition but judging by the color of these valves, what would yall say is going on? I'm not assuming anything is wrong yet, just wondering.

passenger side

driver side

thanks.

Is the bottom head for the passenger side? Also take a closer pic of the worst exhaust valve.

The deck surfaces have some nice carbon buildup on them, which is normal. Thats one possible reason for the click click click noise when its getting warmed up.

yea, ive been drinking oil like crazy and it was determined to probably be a valve seal, one of the reasons i'm doing this in the first place.

i'm going to finish swapping the springs over and while i'm out there i will take a picture of the worst exhaust valve.

Same here...normal carbon build up from a combo of oil consumption through the PCV system, along with carbon build up that's to be expected in any internal combustion engine.

OMG, judging from the pics I would have to believe your motor has been working just fine for 90K.
