I believe the 2000 and the 2003 motors are the same. So it should, but hopefully someone answer your question definately.

Physically it would fit properly. Some items would not be applicable - New trucks dont have EGR. New trucks hafe that"drive by wire" throttle body. Whipple will want you to send it back in for "computer updates" and charge you almost $1000 to do it.
