Well Onyx, you need to change it when you get back. It will give you something to look forward to do.

The temps do stay down longer, but I think once all the fluid is warmed up during low speed driving in traffic, etc... that it also stays warmer longer. More fluid to heat up and more to cool down. Now if you keep air passing through the heat exhanger, its all good.

Big Tex,where did you get the Vortec reservoir from?Or who will sell the reservoir separately from a system.I'd like to buy a reservoir like your's.

2toneblown was the original owner.

Its a pretty nice part. Its got a small drain on the side, which should make it easy to drain and fill with ice at the track.

i got it straight through Vortech, its actually the resevior they sell with their 03' cobra set up. That how i found out about it. we put on one an 03' cobra and i test fit it on my truck before the installation on the cobra and then called and ordered it from vortech.
