Will ls1 heads and intake off a 2000 trans am go on my 2004 4.8?

i found heads and intake for almost nothin and wasnt even looking for the intake but they come together so i figured i ought to put on both if i can

before you jump into this lemme give you some links...it's not just a bolt on affair...well it is but you don't just take your truck intake off and bolt your ls1 intake and be ready to go...its quite a bit more involved...you'll need new fuel rails and injectors, an idler pulley relocator, an ls1 water pump, not to mention the fact that the truck intake actually flows better than the ls1 intake...but the ls1 intake is much better looking. Do some searching before you jump into this...

thanx man, im not really worried how it looks especially if the stock one flows better. Got any tips about the heads?
