Default Pushrods?

Is it absolutely neccessary to buy new pushrods when doing a cam swap. I will be putting in the comp 212/218 .522/.529 114 LSA. I'm getting new springs and retainers, but just wondering if new pushrods will be needed. I would rather do it all at once than take it apart twice.... even if getting to the pushrods is fairly easy. Thanks for any advice. Is there anything else i should get before doing the install?
