Default pushrod question..

what pushrod do i run with the vhp "Trucker" cam?

hardened 7.4's?

i have a grand prix GTP and when we do cam swaps we just change the springs and leave the rods alone

why does everyone change from stock to aftermarket? has someone broke or bent a pushrod????

thanks!
Jordan

Hey Jordan, still trying to work out the pushrod dilemma huh? If the heads are stock and haven't been milled, then 7.4's should be the way to go. Most guys upgrade pushrods since hardened aftermarket rods are definitely stronger than the stockers, which can be prone to bending. I remember seeing pics of bent pushrods on LS1Tech more than once
