project gogo under way. need some insight

Default project gogo under way. need some insight

Well the 5.3 finally took a crap after 155k which 55k was cammed anyway. Im sending , y lq4 to the shop tomorrow for a simple rebuild. Going to add arp rod bolts new bearings and rings. Heads will be stock 243 now but will eventually mill them .30 amd may do p&p. Any who heres my list and what im hoping for.

Rebuilt stock lq4 arp rod bolts
stock 243s for now
1 3/4 headers
tbss intake
90mm
efan
underdrive pully
227/239 .613 .615 cam custom spec
Or 218/221 110 specd
cai
4l80e with 3200 circle d

Hp I have no idea but im lookjng to buuld a really strong crew cab

Unless you already have those cams in your possession, you can do better. Absolutely not the 218 unless you want a peaky lowend torque curve. The 227/239 has a pretty big split for stock cathedral port heads but could work fairly well dependent on LSA and advance.

Lol I won't mind the 74 and 15 psi but pockets not that deep lol budiet build
