i have a 99 z-71 what programmer have the best results. Also what is the best mod for the money horsepower wise.

i think that a custom tune will help out. 99 pcm';s had a lot of issues. i think a custom tune can give you and updated pcm and a better running truck. as for any other mod i have liked my stall the best.

best mod for the money would have to nitrous, imo, next would be a converter. you may want to check out vinci high performances hand held, its very powerful.
