Default problems with the flexalite vsc

I have the FAL fans on my truck and they work great, but the weak link is the VSC. When the VSC work, it works well, but it isn't built to handle the high voltage and overheats. I'm on my second one now, the first one overheated and the lugs melted and fell off the VSC.

I'm on my second VCS now and I have to check it periodically after heavy uses of the efans. I was wondering if it were possible to use wire in a relay between the vsc and the fans to alleviate this problem.

I hear they go out a lot, you might want to try Allen at Nelson performance, he makes a nice alternative. I have his LS1 fan harness and LOVE it!

A Nelson Harness will solve all of your problems, Easy to install and no problems at all. A very nice quality piece.

Yeah, the temps will have to be set in, forgot to mention that one. Thanks for adding that.
