Default predator on a 99 5.3?

Im thinking of getting the predator for my 99 5.3L. Im just wondering if i will need a custom tune for my mods. What do you guys think check my sig. I really want to trash torque management (main reason i want the predator). Also does the predator come with a pre set tune? What does this tune consist of?, timming, shift points, rev limmiter...ect. From the base tune can you fine tune it or are you required to make a new tune from scratch. As far as Horsepower goes is there any differece between the predator and the HPPIII? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Yeah, it'll do fine with what mods you have and you'd notice a lot more power than with the hpp3. It has a basic program you load just like with the hpp3, then you set up your shift points etc. Then unlike hpp3, you can adjust your timing up or down and adjust your fuel richer or leaner for wot. you can monitor all your sensors with it too. And if you put the truck on a dyno with the wideband 02 sensor you can fine tune it just right and it will haul major butt.
