Its a sealed unit isnt it? Heard a few say they used crappy bearings in the head units.

Just what I heard, I havent had any experience with them.

nope not sealed.
the factory 5 ton bearings can be upgraded to 7 ton bearings.
and the factory belt can be upgraded to a stronger kevlar belt for higher rpm's
with smaller pulleys.

3 months to get program, after calling powerdyne and company i got kit from every week
instructions unclear
parts in kit don't fit right, had to modify
bolts in kit wrong thread, had to buy correct bolts
belt to long, had to measure and get correct belt
kit installed
test drive
no power of line
2k pulls hard
4k belt squells, lost all power
tighten belt more, squells at 4,200, no power
elongate slot on adjusted tighten more, squells 4,500, no power
thats it i'm not burning out the bearings in all the assesories
saturday, middle of winter on highway in vermont, no warning, starts rattling and locks up, melts belt, truck starts to heat up, sat on side of highway, no cell signal, waiting for someone to stop, finally a cop stopped ,called flat bed, towed to napa matched up belt to bybass s/c, drove home, air cleaner full of oil, did compression check, 3 cylinders have low compression, sent headunit in under warrenty,
ordered new motor,
installed new motor,
1 month, still waiting for headunit,
ordered magnacharger radix
radix arives in a week
radix installed
colmplete kit
everything fits perfect
insctuction are great
great power off line straight through rpm, no belt squel
still runns great, problem free, very happy
3 months later get rebuilt head unit from powerdyne and throw it in closet

WHATS WRONG WITH POWERDYNE
THEY SUCK
THE HEADUNIT SUCKS
THE KIT SUCKS
THE INSTRUCTIONS SUCK
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
THEY SUCK, TOTAL F****** SUCK, SUCK, SUCK, SUCK, SUCK

and don't try and tell me otherwise or that i should have, could have, done this or that to fix the problem, i ordered a bolt on kit, i expect to bolt it on, with minimul problems and have it work
powerdyne failed badly and has one more person who will say save you money they suck
magnacharger scored and has a very happy customer who will gladly recommend their product
