Power and weight: duals vs. catback

After seeing the pics of I8AFORD's exhaust, duals are entering my mind. Has anyone seen any proven power increase by going to duals in the trucks? What kind of change in weight is there?

I dont see the change in Weight Being more than MAYBE 8 pounds At the most..Im glad i went to Duels lost a little low end but picked it up on Top end...As Far as the Weight......hell if i was Worred that much i Would lose 30 pounds.....Damn Dounuts..
