Default Post cam swap dyno numbers - 310 rwhp!

I swapped in a VHP 062 cam & springs, ASP pullies e-fans and a tune last June and finally got some new dyno numbers.

The previous best was 260 hp and 279 tq in 2nd gear. That was with a K&N FIPK, ASM headers, and a Magnaflow cat-back.

Today I got 300 hp and 301 tq in 2nd gear. So the new mods were worth 40 hp and 22 lb-ft.

With the speed limiter now removed I was also able to finally dyno to read line in 3rd. Those numbers were...

310 hp and 322 lb-ft of torque!

I've got videos and will up load them later.

We actually haven't touched the tune from what I had before. I sent all the info you gave me to my tuner and he said that he has already made those changes. When I get some more mods, when ever that is, I'll just take it too him to tweak.

creed,

I would have been sweet to see your stepside up there. We didn't stick around at all though. Just dynoed my truck and left. It was a lot nicer day and there were alot more f-bodys than last time.

No problem, I had a good time too. You need to get that LQ9 off the dining room floor and into your truck so we can what that does.

Any one want to guess what I might run in the 1/4?
