Ive checked the valve springs and they look fine... the ignition wires look good too (installed around 1-2months ago)...

I should say i've also installed an SLP underdrive pulley, could these lead to any electrical problems?? When the motor is revving high there are no problems, it's only down low where im facing the hesitation...

I think it may be in your tune. Before I tuned my idle right, when pushing the gas from a slow or stopped position, the engine would bog down to almost die, and when the RPM's got really low like 100-200, there would be popping sounds, probably the pistons knocking or something until the RPMs corrected and shot back up to normal. Mine still does this sh(( in cold weather when I first start it because I haven't had time to tune it anymore in months. Just an idea because when my RPM drops really low I get a knocking sound that might be the same as yours.

You should hook up a scanner and see what codes are in there...

P0300 - Engine missfire detected
P0069E - Fuel system module

I'm gonna try sell the UD pulley soon and stick it back to stock... hopefully will get rid of those
