Default poping in suspension

i have a 2002 silverado i use to pull my race car and drive to work. anyways, i have just put new KYB shocks on it this week (tuesday) and now i am hearing a poping every so often in the front suspension. i put it up on the lift today and checked everything and it's all tight and looks good. it sounds like something it slamming into something else. thought it might be one of those inner finder rubber things flopping around so i might yank those out tonight and see if that cures it. let me know if you have any ideas or thoughts. thanks

Mine just recently started as well... only on turns do you hear the pop. It is noticable to some passengers as well, as it almost jolts you a little. I'd love to know what is it! I know its not the intermediate steering shaft on mine... i just got it replaced (for the second time!)

just a couple possibilities: summed up - sway bar, torsion mounts, ball joints or uca...I would check the torsions and sways though first.

Maybe its something like what ive had. I have popping coming from my suspension and was told it might be the seats for the springs? Im not sure I have tolerated it for this long but would love to fix it. Think it could be the rubber piece or whatever is supposed to be there might be missing?

i'm guessing it is going to be the balljoints everything else looks good and is tight. i had a MAJOR pop and realized this weekend that it was my electric fans moving back and forth and hitting the radiator mount. welded a piece on there to stabilize that and it's fixed. still have the suspension pop though.
