P0315 - Crankshaft position (CKP) system variation values are not stored in the PCM memory
Gotta get the crank relearn done and you should be good to go

If it's running OK you'll be fine...when the crank variation is waaay off it may run poorly (this happened to me once). But usually it'll just throw a code. The crank relearn needs to be done with a TechII or other capable scan tool. Certain tuning software can do it also (I think LS1Edit, EFILive, etc). Last time I needed it done I just went to the dealer and shelled out $40 bucks for them to do it and clear the code...it takes them about 5 minutes. They basically follow the prompts on the scan tool and bounce the engine off the rev limiter for a second until the PCM learns the crank angle variation. Just make sure that if you have it done at a dealership that you tell them not to reflash your PCM or you'll lose your custom tune...tell them that you just want the crank relearn done and the code cleared.
