I would say NGK TR55 plugs and MSD or Magnacore wires if you want red.

Do you have to get new wires when installing new plugs?? I have the NGK TR55 plugs flying around inside my truck, but i'm not sure whether to buy the wires or just keeping the stock ones. I only have around 18,000 miles on my truck, so would i need new wires???

I have a set of almost new MSd's I'll let you have for cheap, but you need one more, cause its bad . I have bought 3 sets of NGK's in the past two weeks chasing down a bad plug wire. One set of TR55IX, and two sets of TR55 regular. I like the NGK's

Jacobs Ignition wires are the best in the market. Ive used them for over 10 years in all my vehicles. I love them. Stick with NGK plugs
