did you remove your rear o2's? if so I dont understand how those are keeping the SES light from coming on. Please elaborate on how those 2.50 non foulers work.

To be completely honest with you I don't know. My buddy told me to do this since we did it on his 350z. I guess it keeps a pocket or air and gas in between the defoulers and the o2's get the reading. I know that it has been since saterday for me and a few weeks since my buddy's z and neither one of us has a ses light. Yes you keep the rear o2's.

Give it a few more drive cycles and get back to us....if the o2's are unplugged from the harness you will get an SES light.

In this case, the O2 sensors are not directly in the exhaust stream within the pipe. Now they only receive a small sampling of the gasses, thus fooling your computer into thinking everything is A-OK.

As mentioned above by someone, it's been used as a low-cost hack to fool the factory computer on many imports including the WRX for a couple years now.

You keep the rear o2's hooked to the harness. Except they go into the bungs after the 2 defoulers.

the rear 02's are only there to reprt that the cats are working, I would just unplug em and not even waste my time on the foulers. The only thing its gonna do is set the light try unplugging the rears and drive around you'll see what Im talking about. You dont need them for proper vehicle operation Ive had mine off for a year.
