Default Please help!!! Are the round plugs on our intake manifolds removable???

There are roughly 9 round plugs about 1" in diameter with a raised "cross hair" on the face of them. Cross hairs appear to be on them for a specialty tool for tightening or loosening them. There are roughly three across the top including the Map Sensor clip, and three across both sides of the intake manifold more near the top. Why are they there? Do they unsrew or pop out? I tried moving one with some channel locks but it won't budge and it's plastic so I refuse to apply to much pressure. Why move them you might ask? I went with a SSR 90mm intake and throttle body and on my truck the Map sensor is on the back -top of intake with the feed wire coming from behind the intake. The Map sensor on the SSR is located on the front-top. In other words it is roughly 8-10" farther in the wrong direction and the Map feed wire is to short. I'm a master electrician so I extremily comfortable cutting and splicing if neccessary, but I throught it might be easier to simply swap them from one porthole to the other. I have spent untold hours searching Performance Trucks.Net threads and forums with no luck at all. If anyone can help I would be grateful. Thanks

Nope, they're glued or welded in. I glued a sensor, I think it was IAT, into a hole I drilled in mine with premium urethane construction adhesive. It worked well.
