That's basically the cam that I have, only mine's ground on a 114. I'd definitely get some 7.4 hardened pushrods and some LS6 springs if going with that grind. You wont really need a higher stall converter, but I know that in my truck a Yank TT2600 would be perfect with this cam, so it would probably be even better for a 4.8. Consider the 2 212/218 grinds also if a higher stall converter is on the mod list
