Default pistons for a 02 C5 vette

my buddy is rebuildin his LS1 in his 02 vette

he needs to bore the motor and is going to need new pistons

where is the best place to get .030" pistons and rings?

also going need new main journal bearings and rod bearings

Typically anything over 0.015" will require new cylinder sleeves in a stock ls1 block. I would say hone it to a 3.905" bore 90.005" clean up hone) and make a solid 347 forged shortblock. I've used JE, Wiseco, and Mahle pistons will success on all three. Wiseco's are my pers favorite though.
