L9H had VVT which should have Valve Relief but if your wanting to put a 220 duration cam in a 6.2 that is a very small camshaft for that.

how big do you think i can go without hitting the valves ? i want to put a set of 1.8 roller rockers on,
to increase the lift, my cam is a Comp VVT 210/224 556/568 114-LSA 1500-6600rpm i have a small 2500 stall

I've ran 232/244 .621/.604 112.5+3 in LS3 with stock pistons no problem.
your only issue is going to be the tight torque converter.

Could get away with this cam with that converter.
