sounds to me ur going to have to get 24lb injectors to match your tune, might not be cheap, but it will save later with the way you are having to mix gasoline!! maybe u can find a member who swapped their injectors, and buy them for cheap! hope u work it out man!

octane boost is bad for a motor, ever see what the insides look like after using it? and that gives you .0X amount not X.X

Did you buy the PCM from Nelson, or second hand? You should call Allen and talk to him about the tune. Most likely, like others have said a 99 will have 19lbs/hr injectors and the 02 pcm will be setup for 24lbs/hr. You can usually find used 24lbs/hr for about $75-100, which would be a good upgrade for ya anyway. Or, Allen might be able to do some think about sending you another PCM with the tune setup for the smaller injectors. Either way, be VERY careful running your truck the way it is, denotation like what your talking about with break ringlands off your piston in a hurry.

Are all of the injectors from 2000+ 24lb/hr? I called the deaership and they wanted $863 for 8 from an 02. I think I will try the used market or napa.

I sold a set of injectors on here about a month ago for $15! I'm sure the market is more than flooded with stock injectors with all of the guys going with the Radix....which comes with its own injectors. I sold an intake, injectors, and everything for $75. Look around, and ask in the classified section.
