Default Picture request: true duals on a 98-up 2wd silverado

The local muffler shop doesn't think my idea for a true dual with X pipe exiting before the rear tire is possible, given the space i have to work with given i have a regular cab. I know people have done this with reg cabs, and i would like to know how you set it up. Pics if possible would help me out a lot.

Thanks!

I have that exact setup on my 01 RCSB silvy. They buyer wont be pickin it up till friday so ill take pics for you tomorrow.

Honestly, i would find another exhaust shop to have it done at. I've never heard anyone say it cant be done cause it is very simple. Id be kinda worried about what it might turn out like cause it sounds as though the guy has little experience.

Did you mean 99 and up, because the 98's are the OBS that have a different frame and I'm sure other differences.

oh yeah in that case i meant 99 and up.

Yeah it turns out that the guy who did the work on my camaro no longer works at the shop, which sucks cause he was the only competent person there.

There's another place i might try in town.

I'm very curious to know exactly how the X pipe is mounted, because i'd be going with stock manifolds, cats and Y pipe.
