06 lq4 with 15,000 miles, pullin cam, springs, pushrods, double roller, oil pump and my boltons/blower and putting on the 6.0 with a circle D 3200(should be here shortly). cant wait to do this swap, i hope she'll run good.

4.56s wats ur rpm when on the freeway 75-80 bet its got to sit you back in your seat when you stomp it if been debating if I should go to 4.10s on mine I got 3.73s right now

 

at 75 mph im around 2200 with my 20's and a 275/55. i like them but i wish i had the 2 piece driveshaft to be safer. ive had it speed balanced and had it up to 141 when i had 373s. ive had 4.11s as well, overall im happy with the 4.56s, it has a pretty wicked 2nd gear pull.
