anyone every make any custom intakes routing them in other than stock areas, stock, or utlizing ram air hoods? Please post pics if you have any.

I really like the hood and the intake set up, I have the twin cowl hood like the ws6 but it has been cut out underneath for the old set up I had. So now I am looking for some options.

What hood is that? Me likey!

Edit: Just saw your sig. I didn't think suncoast made a hood like that. It's been awhile since I looked.

How much prep work was required? What does it weight?

Yes it's a Suncoast Creations Ram Air Hood, I think I bought in 2006 or 2007.
It’s an awesome hood.
Weight is abought the same as a stock steel hood maybe a little les but not much.
As far as fit just a little filing on the aft side at the fenders and that was it.

i like that hood lbsblown. i think i have seen that before. lol. did u make that intake setup with the gaskets or does someone sell them like that?
