When I asked him about what the stall would be rated at and where it would brake stall, he said around the same rpm, plus or minus 3000rpm. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and am going to have to figure out what to do. 2300 just isn't even close.

what i recomend is going back to the dyno. lock the converter in (using programming) at a very low speed and try to run 3rd gear at around 1500 rpm and up with the converter locked in. from there send your dyno sheet to PI and they will set you up with the ideal stall speed. knowing what flash stall and brake stall is doesn't fix your problem so i won't give you that speech either. i highly recomend just getting another dyno done at that low of rpm so they can see boost and torque levels. try to go from around 1500/1800 and up to your normal stopping rpm. do this and send the converter back. you will get the best converter back available for your truck i'd bet. PI is very good at what they do and sometimes with a turbo vehicle it's hard to tell where spool starts.

Also, are the 470/520 numbers you quoted actual dyno numbers?

You must be pushing some serious power to spin all 4! I'm not even close, and that's with 470/520!

When I'm stopped, foot on the brack, flooring it, the truck just sits there, creaps up to about 2300rpm and 4psi of boost. It doesn't creap forward at all; stock brakes.
Zippy - That might be what I'll have to do. I gave them ALL of the information possible hoping that would be enough. I was told it was. After spending, what, $500 to get it installed, I'm not too happy thinking about $500 to pull it, and another $500 to reinstall it. Especially considering they knew what I was looking for. If PI didn't get it correct, why should I be the one to pay for it?
I'll keep you posted as to what I find out tomorrow.

We're going to up the boost a bit and possibly the timing a bit which will (should) put me around 500awhp or more. My Tune is currently set "inbetween" my two settings of 5psi and 9psi. 5psi is a hair lean and 9psi with the Meth is obviously rich. I'm going to skip the 5psi settging and go full-tune on 9psi (or 10/11) with Meth.
