Default people with ls6 swap

the ones that did it with the cable driven throttle bodys, if you move the t/b forward 1" would it miss the water pump snout? This way the stock water pump can stay without cutting it. any feed back would be nice thanks.

I wonder if the 97-98 vette fuel rail will have the same interference problem with the coil pack???

thanks for the post bluecajun5.3, only thing missing I don't have is the speartech bracket but that will be here next week after looking at a car in person with the intake on it moveing the t/b 1" out may put if out far enough without cutting the snout on the water pump. I'm like you alot of search has gone into this project lol.

truck is a 02, im using 6.0 coil packs on fbody brackets and no issues. on the pinks car we used 5.3 paks on regular truck brackets and a ls1 fuel rail and no issues either

I will have some pic of the progress i'm doing today on the intake, wont put it on the truck untill next weekend, just trying to get all my fabrication done this weekend.
