Default pcv reroute questions

im getting ready to swap a ls6 valley pan onto my 05 with a 5.3. my question is where do i route all the hoses to? some sites ive been to say to loop it up to the port by the throttle body. if thats so then what do i do with all the other ports? ive seen the artical at ls1howto.com and i didnt find that to helpfull. some pics of where to route hoses and caps would be helpfull. last q. why do some people put breathers on the valve covers?.
thanks

breathers reduce the possibility of engine seal failures due to excessive crankcase pressure and the circulation of ambient air(through the filters) reduces oil temps and increases oil life.
