Default Patriot cams???

Has anyone used patriot cams? because a friend of mine wanted to get a 226/226 585/585 112lsa on a 2002 gmc rcsb 5.3 z71. How would that cam work with a yank 3k stall?

AFAIK there is no such thing as a 'Patriot Cam.' Maybe they have Comp or Crane grind cams for them (in which case I would just go straight to the source).

On a 5.3, it hits hard in between 3500 and 4000 and pulls like a raped ape till the truck intake runs out of breathe at about 6400.
