Default Part # to hard plumb wabro in-line

Did not want to cut OEM fuel lines or use rubber hoses and clamps. It was a pain in the *** to find all the thread sizes. Making the SS hoses was very easy with the Earl SS hose and fittings. It didn't increase my fuel pressure as much as I thought.
mounted the pump in 2 existing holes in the frame. Only had to drill one hole to hold the relay.I also used the Nelson wiring harness
Before walbro
in park 42
cruise @55mph 45
wide open 47
After walbro
in park 45
cruise @ 55mph 48
wide open 50
I though some people on here said they were getting 55 to 58 at wide open with the Walbro in-line.

Man you are my savior!!
I have been looking for these fitting for way too long! I really did not want to do the push on fittings either. I even went to two actual speed shops in our area and no-one knew what fittings would work. Thanks allot for posting this up. Where can I send your free 12pack of beer to??
Nice install dude!!

Everything with the fuel system is stock.

So are people changing the regulator? If so where do you get them?

Is my fuel pressure going to go up, down or stay the same when I put on the 42 pound injectors and the STS kit?

My fuel pump is putting about 55psi or a little more into the rails.
I have heard that the regulator on some of the trucks is affected by maifold pressure but that the stock in-tank cannot suppy enough volume when your in the gas hard, hence the in-line like you already have done.
I have the larger injectors and did not have the pressure gauge hooked up when the injectors were stock so I have nothing to compare it to.

so you're still using the stock fuel pump too and just using the walbro as a booster?
