Default Parish G-tech question

I ran my gtech rr at the track last night on slicks. NO corrections for pitch...straight outta da box
gtech actual
60' 1.635 1.653
1/8 6.55 6.660
mph 112 107.55

Pretty damn close especially considering how much my car pitches. Anyway, I noticed the rpms track perfectly until middle of second gear and then they drop to like 2000 rpms. Looked at one of my older gtech logs and it went crazy in 3rd gear. Last night I noticed my alternator dies at wot. I know it gtech gets rpms from the alternator pulses. I was wondering if your rpms are read correctly by the gtech and my readings are not just a coincidence with the faulty alternator.

my rpms look prety good on the gtech, cometimes i see a slight glitch where the rpms might drop 100rpm of so during the run but 99% of the time i see what i would expect.

if your alternator shuts off mid run i could see that messing up your gtech rpm readings.

your times look good, that thing is moving.
