Default Pacesetter LT's Vs. Shorties

Well I've been noticing that the Pacesetter LT headers are a great deal. My question is, would there be a noticable gain if I swapped out my Edelbrock shorties for a set of Pacesetter longtubes. Would my exhaust sound any different(deeper /better sound ?) Where can I buy the Pacesetters from and how much I plan on getting the y-pipe with it. Thanks

i believe your exhaust note will change. as far as performance, i think you could pick up an extra 10 give or take HP throughout the powerband. its juat a matter of is the $ worth it for you.

shorties give 5 hp max. and imo they only do it up top. the long tubes gain hp and torque and carry it thru the power band all the way up. yes they are worth it.

Definately worth it.. The Pace Setters actually are pretty nice for the $.. Just make sure they are coated or you have them coated..

I switced from shorties to AS&M long tubes. I could tell a big difference. The Pacesetters should yield the same results.

You will get a change in exhaust note because you will be removing the cats!
